Terms and rental conditions

If you wish to make a reservation please read the following notes.

Rental Periods

Rental periods in the high season are for a minimum of one week with arrivals and departures normally on a Saturday or a Wednesday.
The bungalow must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Arriving guests may occupy the bungalows from between 14.00 pm till 22:00pm. Unless by prior arrangement. Short Breaks of two nights or more are available during the low and mid season from September till June.

Reservations will be confirmed after payment of the 50% deposit by bank transfer to our bank account in Spain (Barclays). Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you make a reservation within 6 weeks of arrival you pay 100% of the amount.

Security deposit of €100 to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure if there is no major damage/breakage or lost keys. Minor breakages e.g. cup, plates are not charged for. If you want to order breakfast or drinks at the bar you can pay cash or use the pin-machine at the reception or bar.

Cancellation of your booking for any reason must be notified in writing by either email or fax. The cancellation will take effect from the date the written notice is received. All will be refunded if you cancel 6 weeks before arrival.

Insurance: All guests are strongly recommended to take out their own travel and health insurance covering all members of their party. We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility towards any insurance claims made by guests for whatever cause. Any valuables left at the property are done so entirely at the owner’s risk.

Telephones: A telephone and fax machine is available to clients on request at the reception. A wireless internet connection is available at the property which is provided free of charge. Clients will need to bring their own WIFI
enabled devices.

Linen: Linen is provided and is changed once a week. Beach/Pool towels are available on request. Lost towels will be charged for.

Electricity: is 220 Volt AC. Clients are reminded to bring their adaptors if their home electricity supply is not European two pin.

All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. We have no lifeguard.

Important notes

Rental prices are quoted on a self-catering basis.

Cleaning services are daily from 10.00-1.30 pm except on Sundays, this does not include the kitchen.
Breakfast can be provided on the main terrace from 9.00-12 am.
There are no pets allowed.
Pool hours are 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
Bar/kiosk opening hours are 9.00 am to 12 am and 4.00 pm to 9.30 pm.
Check out time is 11.00 am but you can leave your suitcases in reception for the day(please leave keys at reception and have your € 100 deposit back).
